1. App won’t install or gets stuck at “Pending”
- Check available storage on your device and free up space if it’s low.
- Restart the device (TV, stick, box, or phone) and try the installation again.
- On Android/Google TV, clear cache & data of the Google Play Store or system app store.
- Ensure your internet is stable (switch from Wi-Fi to wired where possible).
- Sign out and sign back into the device’s app store account, then retry.
2. App installs but won’t open
- Force stop the app and relaunch it.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app completely.
- Update the device firmware / OS to the latest available version.
- Disable any VPN/Proxy and test again.
- Try installing a different streaming app to see if the issue is app-specific.
3. Region / compatibility problems
- Confirm the app is officially available in your country’s app store.
- Check that your device model is supported by the streaming app.
- Remove and re-add any DNS/content-filtering services from your router and test again.
